With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otis Osburn (Stanwood, Washington), who passed away on February 5, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom Osburn and Gladys Osburn; his wife Phyllis; and his daughters, Naomi Killian (Kevin), Anita Kobata (Daren), Rebecca Buchanan (Rhett) and Deborah Ridgeway (Nick). He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Samaritan's Purse or Wycliffe Bible Translators.
