It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rusty Carpenter of Spanaway, Washington, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on May 6, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his close friend Jenelle; his children, Jared Carpenter, Kaleb Carpenter and Kaitlyn Bates; his parent Jeannie Kathen; his stepfather Ernie Kathen; his sister Heidi Stonitsch (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Cale and Maddox Stonitsch.
