He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin E. Morris and Sarah R. Thornton; his brother Alan Morris; his daughter Karen Morris Berman (Mike); his granddaughter Stephanie; and his siblings, Marvin, Bill, Jerry and Ila Rae Wilson.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jerold and Kenneth; and his children, Lance Morris (Shelley), Chris Morris (Blair) and LaDonna Morris Smith (Jeff).
