He is survived by: his sons, Christopher and Eric; his wife Francine Elizabeth Elam; his daughters-in-law, Rachelle and Kristen; and his grandchildren, Sarah Bodvin Bloser, Tommy, Zane, Bailey, Elizabeth Bodvin and Merilyn Millikan.
