He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lewellen and Ruth Lewellen; his brother-in-law Cliff Palmer; his mother-in-law Shirley Mulkin; and his granddaughter Lindsey Mustread.
He is survived by: his wife Sherri; his siblings, Tom Lewellen of Lawton, OK, Ron Lewellen, Don Lewellen and Sue Palmer of Sedro-Woolley; his children, Wendy Jackson, Jennifer Bradford (Tom), Tammy Lewellen, Rebecca Gonzalez (Rigo) and Jina Williams (Wes); and his stepchildren, Jonathon Mehlum, Stacy Root, Brandy Boyd, Tammy Boyd and Jordon Boyd. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
