She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mossington and Ardis Mossington (Ellstad); and her son Mike Mayer. She is survived by: her son Walt Mayer of Sedro-Woolley; her daughter-in-law Julie Mayer of Sedro-Woolley; her wife Charles Mossington; her grandsons, Luke Mayer and Jacob Mayer; her daughter-in-law Susan Mayer; and also, Helen Mossington and John Ward. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Carol was an animal lover, especially her latest dog, Rosie, so the family suggests that memorial donations be made to the Skagit Humane Society, 18841 Kelleher Road, Burlington, WA 98233, to S.P.O.T., 830 So., Spruce Street, Burlington, WA 98233 or to a .
