He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Jess (Mary Lou) of Sabula, IA and Marianne Jess of Miles, IA; his sisters, Laurie Fay of Clinton, IA, Lynn Stoll (Dusty) of Preston, IA and Beth Dowdell (Matt) of Kingsland, Georgia; his stepbrothers, Dwayne Wimpey (Stacy) of Miles, IA, Doug Wilkins of Miles, IA and David Wilkins of Sabula, IA; and his grandparent Preceding Brian. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews' cousins and friends.
