Elmer Clint Keplinger Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, at the age of 92, Elmer Clint Keplinger of Richland, Washington, born in Richmond, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Robert Keplinger and Annie Bert Keplinger; his former wife Charlotte Blatchford; his sister Clara Lackey of Kennewick; his children, Robert Keplinger (Desiree) of Portland and Dawn Carter (Rick) of Las Vegas; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Adams (Jacob) of Portland, Thomas of Portland and Genevieve of Portland; and also Richland.

Due to Covid there will be no funeral, but a Celebration of Life is (hopefully) planned for late spring/early summer 2021.
