He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Swan and Frances Swan (Widner); and his brother David Swan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Liz Flugel (Dave); his grandchildren, Kate Forsberg (Kell) and Mike Flugel (Jaclyn); his great grandchildren, Matt Swan, Evan Forsberg, Perrin Forsberg, Cordell Flugel, Treva Forsberg and Kailyn Flugel; and his sister MaryEllen Wilson of Marietta.
