He was predeceased by: his sons, Richard Allen Johnson and Timothy Arden Johnson; and his siblings, Enid, Lily, Mary, Dolly, Ken, Orley, Earl, Joe and Clayton.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Johnson of Raymond; his son Ronald Arlie Johnson (Ronda) of Doty; his siblings, Larry Johnson (Janet) of Raymond and Tina Casteel of Montesano; and his grandchildren, Heidi Hammond (Larry), Scott Johnson, Ronnie Johnson (Kendal), Ryan Johnson, Patrick Oechsner (Shawna) and Alison Oechsner. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
