He was predeceased by: his wife Tillie; and his siblings, Tom Owens and Muriel Sayre. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Owens (Cheryl), Deb Koon (John) and Kathleen Switzer (Jim); his siblings, Virgie Silvers, Nancy Carroll (Fred) and Ron Owens (Sumi); his grandchildren, Andrea Sampson (Garret), Roslyn Owens, Jared Koon, Therese Maness and Karen Maness; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Layton, Marcus, Rebekah Sampson, Flynn Cloyes and Jude Cloyes. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
