He is survived by: his former spouse Alifonza Martinez; his spouse Alifonza Cruz of Prosser; his children, Rudy Cruz (Yolanda) of Sunnyside, Nora Ramos (Arturo) of Prosser, Freddie Cruz (Rosa) of Pasco, Patty Torres (Jaime) of Pasco and Joey Cruz (Amy) of Prosser; and his siblings, Robert Cruz of Grandview, David Cruz (Dome) of Coachella, CA, Mary Mariscal (Pedro) of Grandview and Hilda Herrera of Yakima. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
