He is survived by: his parents, Sebastian Castilleja and Maria Rodriguez Castilleja; his wife Mary Guzman Castilleja; his children, Stephen and Stephanie Castilleja; his sister Mary Rodriguez (Sergio); his mother-in-law Celia Guzman of Wapato; his siblings-in-law, Tony Guzman of Wapato, Cruz Garcia (David) of Wapato and Rick Guzman of Wapato; and his adoptive daughter Angelica Rodriquez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
