It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Clayton Webber (Prosser, Washington), who passed away on June 21, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Webber of Prosser and Karen Hermanns (Charles) of Hermiston, OR; his granddaughter Elizabeth Neustal (Kris); his great grandchildren, Samantha Hermanns of Hermiston and Nicole Neustal of Hermiston; and his spouse Betty Webber.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Waitsburg Scholarship Fund.
