He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisca Palacios (Chavez) and Jose L. Palacios; and his brother Daniel C. Palacios. He is survived by: his wife Francisca Palacios; his children, Arturo Palacios Jr. (Gilda), Elizabeth Palacios (Felix), Johnny Borjas (Maria), Roslinda Benitez (Jose), Anna Borjas, Juan Rosalez (Corina), Oscar Rosalez (Angie) and Eric Rosalez (Connie); his siblings, Jose Palacios (Mary), Hector Palacios (Vickie), Cesar Palacios (Lula) and Hortencia Ozuna; and his sister-in-law Margarita Palacios. He is also survived by thirty-five grandchildren and thirty-one great grandchildren.
