Kathleen Gail Horner Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 24, 2018, Kathleen Gail Horner (Poulsbo, Washington), born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Phillips Wilber (Brown) and Phil Phillips; her grandparents, Mae Brown and Ed Brown; and also Alvin H. Wilber.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Horner; her children, Kristine Davis and Brian Horner; her granddaughter Delana Horner; her daughter-in-law George Davis; her sister Mara Spang of Coos Bay; her stepchildren, Mitchell Horner, Jacquelyn Dreher and Yvonne Decorte; her niece Sara Mottau of Portland; and also Kristina Horner. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and a host of caring friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites friends of Kathleen to make a memorial donation to the Jefferson County Food Bank.
