He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rowan and Hazel Rowan; his wife Donna Rowan; and his sister Delores Wilson. He is survived by: his daughters, Terresa and Teri; his grandsons, Austin Fornwalt and Jordan Grayson; his son-in-law Marc Fornwalt; his brother Gary Rowan (Janice); his niece Kami; and his nephews, Jody, Brian, Shawn and Scott. He is also survived by friends and family.
