He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Watson Blowers of Port Orchard, WA; his daughters, Danielle Blowers and Erika Blowers Olmstead (Michael Olmstead); his mother-in-law Irene Watson; his grandchildren, Chelsea Davis (Chris Cooper), Joshua Davis, Benjamin Wilson, Kasey Olmstead, Breanna Wilson and Renea Olmstead; his great grandchild Declan Davis; his brother Duane Blowers (Sri Blowers); his half-siblings, Irv Blowers (Helen Blowers) and Shirley Harper Gallauher (Terrell Grant); and his grandson Josh.
