He is survived by: his wife Mardene; his son Michael David; his daughter-in-law Tammy Kay Eldred (Sterling); his grandsons, Jay and Tyler; his stepson William Jay Cody; his granddaughter Laura; his grandson-in-law Adrian Washington; his grandsons, Chase, Zachary and Dillon; his granddaughters-in-law, Krystalyn (Seth) and Danielle; and his great grandchildren, Isabella, Autumn, Sawyer, Safi, Piper and Liam.
