He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Douglas and Marie Douglas (Winklebleck); his sister Debbie Douglas Dean (Ben); and his nephew Casey Syverson. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lea Douglas; his daughter Sandra Baum (Jason); his grandchildren, Shelby and Morgan; his son Greg Douglas (Dawn); his grandchildren, Nicole, Madison, Abigail and Brett; his sister Sherry Syverson (Steve); his niece Jodie Syverson Park; his aunt Margaret Busby; his parents-in-law, Pat Kloster (Mike), Barb DeMuth, Gordon Lea (Cheryl) and Virginia Lea; and also, Matthew, Lisa, Paul, David, Julie, Jason and Michelle.
