He is survived by: his children, Torrance Baylis of Bellingham, WA and Britnee Baylis of Everett, WA; his siblings, Larry Baylis (Shirley) of Faribault, MN, Fay Robinson (Curtis) of Tacoma, WA and Loy Davison (Elmore) of Mobile; his uncle James; and his aunt Linda Kelly of Silver Creek, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
