He is survived by: his son David Earl (Cheri Whitlock-Johnson); his close friend Victor; his daughter Paula Holmes (Ron Sytsma); his granddaughters, Brooke Holmes (Miles Nelligan), Bethany Holmes (Mike Kaib) and Lisa Ann Johnson (Axel Urie); and his great grandchildren, Ian, Iris Kaib, Leif and Astrid Nelligan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
