He is survived by: his wife Karen Nowadnick-Tiemersma; his children, Susan Sear Comstock of Park, MI, Scott Tiemersma (Karol) of Grand Rapids, MI, Joan Enockson (Sid) of Laurens, IA, Jan Robertson (Terry) of Mount Vernon, WA and Sydney Tiemersma-Symonette (Robert) of Nassau; his stepsons, Jason Leander (Carole) of Anacortes, WA and Jeffrey Leander of Mount Vernon, WA.; his grandchildren, Lindsey Sear, George Tiemersma, Lucas, Ethan Van Holland, Ashley, Brady Geleynse, Stella and Dylan Leander; and his brothers, Jake Tiemersma (Dee) of Sequim, WA and John Tiemersma (Eunice) of Crestwood, IL..
