She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rowland and Rozetta Rowland (Gross); her daughters, Vicki and Beth; and her siblings, Floy Sue, Grace Helen, Evangeline, Doris Elaine, Thomas Fearl, Dwain, James Lawson and Sherrill Ann (Sandy).
She is survived by: her husband Larry Phipps; her son Brent; her grandsons, Jacob and Jessie; her great grandchildren, Jason, Rey Leigh Ann and Owen Huckleberry; her granddaughter-in-law Lauren Ansley; and her friend Deb.
