She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Fowler and Myrtle Fowler; her sister-in-law Cherie Fowler; and her son-in-law Thomas Becker. She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Donald Harkins Jr.; her daughter Janet Becker (Thomas); her granddaughters, Rachyl Eddy (Robert), Jordyn Becker and Tessa Johnson (Joseph); her great grandchildren, Bradley, Robby and Tommy Eddy; and her brothers, Leonard "Gene" Fowler and Daniel "Bud" Fowler (Marlee). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
