He is survived by: his wife Anita; his parents, Maria Raygoza Chaves and Jose Manuel Ibarra Miramontes; his daughters, Maria I. Ibarra-Gutierrez, Jessica Salinas-Miranda, Angelica N. Chavez and Rosa Linda Chavez; and his grandchildren, Isaac Ramon, Donovan Rocha, James Sengstacke, Julia Ramon and Tatiana Lozano. He is also survived by six brothers, six sisters.
