It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Hannigan of Mount Vernon, Washington, who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his stepsons, Kyle and Joey; and his siblings, Thomas, Dennis, David, Brian and Doris.
