He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Kok and Janet De Kok; his brother Norman (Linda); his niece Lisa; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Nellie Knutzen.
He is survived by: his wife Melba Knutzen; his grandchildren, Lincoln, William Cisneros, Victor, James and Naomi De Kok; and his siblings, Dean De Kok (Karen) of New Jersey and Twila Huisken (Eugene) of Minnesota.
