It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Allen Stackpole (Monroe, Washington), born in Lewiston, Idaho, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Stackpole and Frances Spreiter (Kootsie); his brothers, Dale and Robin Stackpole; and his grandparents, John and Emma Platt of Idaho.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Murphy Stackpole of Monroe, WA; his children, Susan Lauer (Brad) of Startup, WA, Karen Jelinek (Clyde) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Steven Stackpole (Ginger) of Monroe, WA and Janet Callahan (Nick) of Edmonds, WA; his grandchildren, Danielle, Jerry, Derek, Trish, Lauren, Andy, Henry and Nicholas; and his great grandchildren, Brian, Braxton, Emry, Beckett, Isabelle and Oliver.
