Henry Kuiper Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2023, at the age of 89, Henry Kuiper (Lynden, Washington), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Henry Kuiper and Winnie Kuiper (De Vries); his wife Trudy; his siblings, Hulda Kuiper and Dale Kuiper; his brothers-in-law, Gerald Feenstra, Pete Nobel, Eldon Syens and Delbert Syens; and his great grandchild Nolan Bruinsma.
He is survived by: his children, Henry Kuiper of West Paducah, KY, Wanda Bruinsma (Keith) of Lynwood, IL, Barbara Kuiper of Nederland, CO, Daniel Kuiper of Lynden, WA, Judith Buiter (Henry) of Sumas, WA, Christine Kenner (Paul) of Blaine, WA, Karla Zandstra (Duane Elsbree) of Lynden, WA, Dolores Kuiper of Bellingham, WA and Mary Flint of Lynden, WA; his siblings, Celia Feenstra, Ruth Nobel and Harlow Kuiper (Judy); his siblings-in-law, Velerie Kuiper of Grand Rapids, MI, Julie Syens of Port Orange, FL and Ron Syens (Linda Dice) of South Billings, MT; and his friend Gen Lubbers of Grand Rapids, MI.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 42 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Lighthouse Mission Ministries or Whatcom Hospice Foundation.
