It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Courtney Salmonson of Lynden, Washington, who passed away on November 14, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnie Salmonson and Juliana "Doll" Salmonson (VanDiest); his son Eric Shawn Salmonson; his siblings, Nola Salmonson and Arnie Lee Salmonson; his siblings-in-law, Larry VanderKooi, Robert Huisman and Bonnie VanderKooi; and his nephews, Michael VanderKooi and Christopher VanderKooi.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Vander Kooi; his children, Jodi Zander (Duane), Leif Salmonson (Cindy) and Shauna Thomas (Brandon); his grandchildren, Kent, Ella Zander, Lane and Kasi Thomas; his sisters, Juanita Hymas (Dale) and Sally Bullion (Chuck); and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Salmonson, Janet Huisman, Carole Kornelis (Roger) and Dale VanderKooi (Aileen). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
