David Jones wrote a sympathy message

“Hi, my name is David Jones. I worked with Rick on the P-8 program for a number of years. I’ve been trying to get down to see him since I retired in 2020, but 2 hip replacements so driving long distances was out. I’ve tried to call him on a number of times with no response, that’s not like Rick. I guess I know why. Rick was a very good friend. We were both in the military and spent time sharing stories, I was meaning to see him to share more stories and take him fishing. May God rest his soul.”
