He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Erickson. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Allen Runyan; his children, Jeanette Caples, Cindy Runyan (Scott), Jim Runyan (Cristy), Gerry Runyan, David Runyan and Victoria Unanue (Rotary); and his sister Geri Hiller. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
