It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Marie O'Connor of Lake Stevens, Washington, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Bill Papuc and Shirley Marie Papuc (Jensen); her husband John Patrick O'Connor; her daughters, Sarah Marie O'Connor of Everett, WA and Kathryn Alyssa Kulper (Carl) of Stanwood, WA.; and her siblings, Karen Kitagawa (Landon), Eric Papuc (Lesli), Mark Papuc and Matthew Papuc.
