He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary of Lacey, Washington; his sons, William E Grubbs II of Upper Marlboro and Julian Grubbs of Phoenix; his stepchildren, Michael Reese of Dorado and Jessica Reese of Melissa, Texas; his siblings, Michael Hall of Tulsa, Walter Hall of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Gwen Smith (Hall) of Oak Harbor; his mother Ermerline Taylor (Grubbs); his stepfather James Taylor; and his grandparents, Frank and Lela Grubbs (Tease). He was also cherished by five grandchildren.
