He is survived by: his wife Mary Susan Simmons of Rochester; his children, Jeffrey Simmons and Jackie Score (Rick Hench); his son-in-law Anthony Score; his stepchildren, John, Laurie, Jeff and Monica; his grandsons, Aaron, Jonathan, Marcus and Evan; his great grandchildren, Maddox, Zachary and Brooklyn Score; and his siblings, Duane Simmons, Penny Engels (Rex) and Amanda Faure (Greg). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
