It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Vincent Quigley Jr. of Lacey, Washington, who passed away on October 10, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Quigley, Sr. and Sarah Sweeny Quigley Whetzel. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ramsey Quigley; his children, Mark Quigley of Kentucky, Melissa Quigley of Kentucky, Amanda Quigley Ladd of Kentucky, Dan Sauer and Richard Sauer of Washington; his grandchildren, Aaron Matthews, Taylor Quigley, Kelcie Pedigo, Pearl Dewhirst, Mylaka Quigley Richey, Layla Ladd, Taylor Ladd and Peyton Ladd; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Kendall Matthews, Ellie, Easton Ballard, Chase Garrison and Ascela Turner; and his siblings, Kathleen Quigley Cressell (Carl) of West Virginia, Ilene Whetzel McDonald (Francis) of Maryland, Michael Quigley (Carolyn) of North Carolina and George Whetzel (Judy) of South Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
