He is survived by: his children, Cindy Rogers (Donald) of Olathe, Kansas, Steven (Gayle) of Thomasville, Georgia, Stuart (Deanna) of Shelton, Washington and Shelley Horn (David Frey) of Olympia. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
