It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Polly Ducharme Smith of Kirkland, Washington, born in Fort Dodge, Iowa, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Patricia "Pat" Seaman of Seattle; her sons, Craig Ducharme (Sanna) of Camano Island and David Ducharme (Teresa) of Renton; her former husband Darold W. Smith; and her mother Sarah Pauline Thatcher. She was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
