It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Carl Skinner (Kennewick, Washington), born in Pendleton, Oregon, who passed away on December 30, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Skinner and Geneva Skinner; and his sisters, Dorothy Skinner and Donzetta Cole. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Brooklyn Skinner and Bree Muai (Jeff); his grandchildren, Sydney Muai, Kellen Muai and Avery Muai; and his sisters, Kim Moseng (Ethan) and Terrel Hargrow (Edgar). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
