She was predeceased by: her father Leo Dean Mudd; and her stepfather Hank Hartley. She is survived by: her husband Craig; her mother Susan Hartley; her siblings, Yvonne Henderson and John Mudd; her stepbrother John McCloud; her children, Taylor Heminger (Mason), Cameron Finley, Lisa Roundtree (Drew), Kevin Urlacher (Hannah), Tucker Urlacher and Lindsay Hodgson; and her grandson Mabry Urlacher. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws and friends.
