She is survived by: her husband Jody Lee Osterhout; her daughter Kylee Hexum Maddox; her son-in-law Ty; her daughters, Jordan Osterhout and Dominique Sambrano; her parent-in-law Clyde; her siblings, Haili Dawson and Jerome Tupper (Miriam); her grandchildren, Addyson Hollenbaugh and Kruz Maddox; her mother Jonatha Harper; her stepfather Arlen Harper; her nephews, Blaze Larson and Landon Dawson; and her siblings, Sabrina Rodriquez and Joe Pence.
