She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Caperton and Grady Caperton. She is survived by: her siblings, Joan Dalton (William) and Thomas Caperton; and her children, Cindy Cox (Michael), Carvel O'Dell (Sharon) and Catherine Allen. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
Peggy Manley died on February 6, 2019 after a long fight with Alzheimer's Disease and associated complications.
