She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Lamb and Opal Lamb; and her brothers, Dennis and Gary. She is survived by: her husband Lloyd H Smith; her daughter Kim (Ray); her stepchildren, Denise (Mike), Don and Tricia (Keith); her sister Arlene; and her grandchildren, Kelli (Schuyler), Jamie (Craig), Raymond, Chris, Andy, Shelby and Jordan. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
