It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Hope Andrews (Kennewick, Washington), born in Winchester, Idaho, who passed away on October 11, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Andrews; her siblings, Bruce Wilsey and Charlotte Wilsey; and her brothers-in-law, Alden Winn, Sr., Paul Bateman and Duane Andrews.
She is survived by: her children, Walter, Lula Wilsey (Burkett), Robert Andrews (Roberta) and David Andrews (Margaret) of Basin City, WA; her grandchildren, Brian Andrews of Basin City, WA and Amanda Doyle (Nathan) of Pasco, WA.; her great grandchildren, Kolton, Morgan, Payten Andrews, Emma, Hunter, Tayler, Hayden Michel, Kiley and Ian Doyle; and her siblings, Ruth Winn (Wilsey) of Chicago, IL, Wayne Wilsey (Pat) of Asotin, WA, Fred Wilsey (Evelyn) of Flora, OR and Irene Bateman (Wilsey) of Lewiston, ID. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Frances suffered from Alzheimer's for 14 years.
