She is survived by: her husband Melvin T. Foster; her sons, Gerald, Ronald and Robert; and her sister Kathryn Ross of Redding. She is also survived by her 3 sons, 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kennewick First Presbyterian Church or the Alzheimer's Foundation (ALZ.ORG).
