She is survived by: her children, Ron Smithwick (Laurel) and Sherrie Pickard (Jack); and her grandchildren, MaryAnn Roberts (Mike), Shelly McCain (Brad), John Smithwick (Rebecca), Mindy Eakin (George) and Heidi Pickard. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; and extended family.
