He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, DeWayne, Christina Lewis, Angela Armstrong (Robert) and Jill DesChane (David); and his grandchildren, Chad Myers (Kim), Amber Ward (Chris), Krystal Sumner (Shane), Nick McBurney, Kelsey Welsh, Meaghan Gentner (Derrick), Kacie Welsh, Derek Ball (Felisha) and Ashlen Ball (Austin).
