He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Garver and Grace Garver; his wife JoAnne Elledge Garver; his children, Sandra Hawks (Thomas), LuAnne Rosso (Gary), Kelle Garver-Sloan, Charles D. Garver Jr. (Suda) and Robert M. Garver; and his grandchildren, Ryan Rosso (Annie), Kyle Rosso, Charles C. Sloan (Desiree), Tiffany Ramirez (Rafael) and Tressa Bauman (Paul). He was also cherished by friends, including his nieces and nephews.
