He is survived by: his wife Judith Carney of Hoquiam; his children, Colleen Carney of Ferndale, James Carney of Bellingham, Michael Carney of Olympia, Kevin Carney of Olympia, Sam Miller of Marysville and Shawn Miller of Lake Stevens; and his brother Clarence Carney of Steilacoom.
